Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our food. Here's how we handle refunds.

1. Our Commitment

At ZF Foods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order for a valid reason, we will do our best to make it right through a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You received the wrong items or your order was incomplete
  • The food was of significantly poor quality or was spoiled upon delivery
  • Your order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe due to our fault
  • You were charged incorrectly or double-charged

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the order has been confirmed and dispatched
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
  • Partially consumed orders unless there is a verified quality issue
  • Orders where the complaint is raised more than 24 hours after delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can do this by:

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via mobile banking or bank transfer.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided it has not yet been accepted by the kitchen. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. To cancel, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page or by phone.
